Social Worker fail to overturn conditions orders

A social worker has failed to overturn a Conditions Order initially given by the HCPC but subsequently continued by Social Work England.

A doctor erased for dishonesty has lost his appeal against the sanction in Ibrahim v GMC [2024] EWHC 131 (Admin) (07 February 2024).

The Dental Defence Union said the GDC’s proposals would disadvantage certain dental professionals undergoing GDC investigation.
